After a bacon bap and a shower John headed us along the coast from Westport and then we cut in through some stunning countryside, passed lots of wild rhubarb.
We eventually arrived in Clifden where Martin and John ate some of the rhubarb.

We put oil in the car and planked the petrol station.

I took over the driving. More stunning country, planked Garda station, park, swing and anything else I could. I think planking is a great sport as it is practically effortless.
John and Martin shouted whilst I drove round the Quiet Man festival. Eventually handbags were thrown and I drove us on passed Galway where I spotted and planked a brass band.

We ate at the roadside and Martin took us up the cliffs of Mohair, cursing about a Renault, but eventually spirits picked up through some twisties where I have memories of Fiona spinning a fiat panda some 20 odd years ago.
At the cliffs we declined the €8 a head car park entrance fee to see something that is just there and opted instead to park down the road and walk up.
Nice cliffs.
We opted for the road based parking.
We then headed down and caught the Shannon ferry and pushed on to Tralee.
Pitched tent, BBQ, beer, pub. Taught some locals how to plank in pub and did a spot of freestyle planking on the way back to tent.
All planking pictures to follow from John.
